Advanced Warfare just came out, and I want to know everyone's opinion on it. I think it is fun and something new for cod. But seriously, double jump is awesome. What is the purpose of ladders anymore

Garbage.
I played with a friend and I just went stealth the entire match. Ran around knifing everyone from behind..
I used some massively op red lazer gun and then like a shockwave shotgun type thing.

Idk to me it just seems ridiculous. There's no sort of challenge to it when everyone has a lazer with no recoil..
Plus I'm kinda old school, I dig on the WW2 and Vietnam games more than this year 3000 stuff.

"I liked it until I got bored a week later" is so typical of the CoD fanbase.

I know exactly what I'm talking about, I played a few rounds mostly using the exo stealth ability and sneaking around knifing. When I finally picked up a gun, it was this red lazer thing that just destroyed anyone I hit with it in like 2-4 hits. I also picked up this force shotgun thing that was just way too op.


It's all just way too unreal for me at this point. I mean how far into the future is CoD going to go? I'm sure some people like it, but it's not really for me.

I haven't played a CoD game since MW3. That game was garbage.


Also, the game is set in like 2055, which really isn't that far in the future

Played it at my brothers place last weekend. But like every time I play a new CoD game... it only makes me wish I could go back to the good ol Modern Warfare 1 & 2 days. I'm glad I don't waste my money on new CoD games and dlc anymore though. I just let my friends get them :^)

Pretty average campaign, can't expect much though... Thought it was worth playing through for the trophies/achievements. Play it on veteran first though if you haven't started it yet, shit is pretty easy all the way through

Online seems pretty fun, just as all the last ones are decently amusing as long as you have buddies to play with

I play it on the 360 and just wish they would update it already, its taking forever.

Con's of the game so far:
quick scoping as somehow become even easier
the lag is insane
the amount of health you have, aka warriors


Pro's
the fasted paced style is back
the gun upgrades is a pretty cool idea, just wish it wasn't based on luck
the way you throw grenades is also cool
exo-survival mode


so all in all its a pretty balanced game, and i have to say red blaster, if you actually played CoD you would know that the mentality is to hate the game for the first week, not like it.
