Here's some more math.
The amount of XP needed to go from 0 to 100 MASTERY without ever buying Master Slice is
(10^9)*(2^100-1), or 1.267650600228229401496703205375e+39 XP.
The amount of XP needed to go from 0 to 100 MASTERY after buying Master Slice M times is
[(10^9)*(2^100-1)]*[(9/10)^M], or (1.267650600228229401496703205375e+39)*(0.9^M) XP.
The amount of STAT POINTS needed to buy Master Slice M times is M*50*10000.
Master Slice is very useful and, after using Enlightenment efficiently, very inexpensive.
For example, if you have 1.0e+15 XP, then after buying Master Slice 527 times, you can go from 0 to 100 MASTERY instantly.
Buying Master Slice 527 times costs 527*50 HARDCORENESS, which costs 527*50*10000, or 263500000 STAT POINTS.
Again, after using Enlightenment efficiently, 263500000 STAT POINTS should be very easy to get.
The biggest downside of this strategy is clicking the + button to gain HARDCORENESS.
In the example above, you would have to click the + button 26350 times in order to instantly go from 0 to 100 MASTERY in one spending of XP.
Oh well. If you have that kind of time, this strategy might be for you.
EDIT: My assumption was wrong. Master Slice increases MASTERY by 10%, not decreases the total MASTERY required by 10%.
I will edit this math later. Basically, you buy some MASTERY with some XP first, and then XP*(1.1^M) = 1.26765e+39.
