Humans of all levels will look up to the confirmed green/blue whatever because he's confirmed. Confirmed players have the ability to literally shake the game because they have nothing to worry about. They may be wrong but it's better to be wrong and doing something than not doing anything at all. It gives us a frame of reference. Fact is, as a leader you're in a position to read through everyone and give us an informed opinion. Confirmed players should be part of the dialogue but they shouldn't be the guys questioning everyone - you're confirmed, that means you're already influencing the response.

I was upset as anyone would be because everyone would kill to be in that position.

YoshL was getting advice from 20 different directions during the game (I was a main offender). your approach might have contributed had things fully panned out, but maybe it'd be better to let alliance leaders do what they think is right, and wait to learn lessons until after the game.

it's hard to pick an MVP from between drizz and YMIA, because they both played really well.

i love that manti got blocked trying to seer xiz all three times, because xiz was the godfather.

Yeah, i knew it was serious advice, and thank you. The thing is, I went in thinking of all the possible things i could do, and ended up with the role i wasn't prepared for, and didn't think of prior. Then, posting without thinking kinda led to that playstyle oops

the thing is, I had already had j-rodd set as leaning town in my mind before what happened between us two, and frankly, I wasn't mad at all lol. I wanted to see the reaction of other people to that exchange. As a little basic reaction standard, people who actually cared felt more town, unless their reasons to care were stupid

it's harder in person, especially with people you know, because you can watch people sweat, and a lot of time there's no time to check and make sure that what you're about to say doesnt incriminate you.

but on the plus side, the only record is what people remember.

I wasn't competing. I wasn't giving advice. This is how you do it if you want to get the best out of it. It is precisely because everyone is going to give advice that the confirmed player should listen, order, accuse and conclude - it's not a question of leadership, it's a matter of keeping people straight as they lead the discussions. You get much more out of people if you observe them and let them do their own thing rather than influence them.

It's standard.

Feeding the cat something that dissolves bone and muscle is really more effective then actually cutting down the belly.
