If I was Rean, how I interpret the ability is "I want to join the team of mellon_collie," rather than "I want to join the team of Fie."

I operated on this assumption as well, my concern in the question was how Fie's delayed flip plays into what you outlined

Or the idea that Rean is scum effectively and how it would interact with the 3-8 becoming a 4-7 effectively.

It doesn't. Whoever is delayed being flipped, we still assume they're town seeing as that's a wolf kill no matter what, right? We just don't know what specifically they are.

As for the possibility of 4-7, yeah, that sucks p hard, but that just makes it that more urgent for us to not wait on voting someone out, or hoping and praying that jailer hits.

Regardless, I want my fate to be in my hands, dammit. I'm not letting a jailer determine that for me.

This setup was made to trust your PRs and punish general TWG play of hunting a wolf and hoping you're right.

The Cold Steel game franchise is literally about taking a bunch of students who don't get along together at first and make them learn to cooperate and trust each other.

That's supposed to be the main dynamic of this setup.

This whole thing is interesting to me because everyone is still a blank slate after 8 pages of posts. I still have a hard time yet associating the posts with the people etc... I hope I'll get to know everyone better as it progresses.

Also this forum format is really nostalgic to me, I didn't know it still existed!

ffr twg was my first experience with any kind of forum, so it sorta had the opposite effect on me. it was really annoying at first, but it grew on me over time
I certainly like it a lot better than modern social media platforms lol
