no lynching, while okay to do in some cased in Town of Salem, should not be done here.

Thus why I'm okay if you want to lynch me. I'm probably not gonna do anything too crazy this game in gimmicks. I'm just here for some typing action and maybe some banter.

Just know that, well... you'll be getting a mislynch if you choose me, but someone must go! Preferably a wolf of course, but the chances of that are definitely not in town's favor.

So bask in the the wordy actions, young one.

Also, I felt good, then bad, and then back to good again today.

I found a really good deal for a knife set, and my folks wanted a new one. Unfortunately, when I checked with my sister about it, she said it wasn't what my mother was looking for, which kind of crumbled me because I thought I did something cool by myself.

So instead, I found something much pricier due to no sale, but my sister is gonna go on ahead and split the cost of it, so it's essentially like I was paying for what I was initially getting... only slightly cheaper...

(It's $170 + tax...)

I do not really feel like I have as strong of leans as I sometimes do by now. That may be because I am a replacement sometimes, but I am also kind of bored and spinning my wheels. (Imagine, in place of my brain, there is just a hamster going...)

I am less inclined to vote Jessie than others because I thought her comment at funnygirl about not knowing if she is lying seemed genuine and something she might not think of to say as a wolf.

I also think it would be kind of random for funnygirl to talk about how she wishes she was a wolf, if she is one. It is at least not something I have seen a wolf do before.

I don't know if it would be that crazy for Flash flash to make the posts he has made as a wolf, but he is at least trying to make reads, and I don't really dislike anything he has said. I would not really call it a town lean but because I feel like hardly anyone is trying, I guess it is brownie points.

There are lots of people I would be willing to vote, though I would kind of be stretching for a reason to decide between any of them, until something spicier happens. I will just keep my attention on WV for the moment.

I feel like there's something important in this post so I'm going to print it out and staple it to my wall

I think I'll vote Charu because they voted at the very beginning of the round without trying to collect more information on the other players first.

very lame vote for reasons ind already mentioned. It raises red flags when you call someone out when someone had done it way earlier
look at jefanno/ind as a potential partnership

if there's a way to avoid lynching today i would go with it but i think getting equal votes on everyone means it randomises who gets lynched, so my vote goes to Charu mostly cause town has majority at the start and random lynching is counter productive for it

Someone asked earlier about my previous history in these games. I've played mafia in-person a few times before, but never online. The games were always played straight through in one session, so this is a different pace to the game than what I've experienced before.

One procedural thing that I'm not familiar with: I had assumed that a person's vote gets locked in the first time it's made. Since I see people changing their votes above, I'm guessing I was wrong?

the biggest difference is that you're playing with people you don't know and you don't have physical tells
the bigger spacing in time doesn't really make much of a difference imo

Right, votes are no locked in this game.

There are some variations of forum mafia where the votes are locked, but it's largely dependent on the game and the host.
