Help with ddream

I just started using ddream and am trying to step a song but have run into a problem.
When I run the file in stepmania the song cuts off at like 10 seconds even though there are still arrows and the song is over 3 minutes long. It just fades out and the song ends.

I set up the bpm, auto-filled the beats, and have been placing arrows, saved the .sm and .ds and put it in the stepmania folder. I can't figure out why the song just ends abruptly when playing it.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

go to options and reload songs, i had this problem before and that usually fixes it for me

Yeah sm doesn't automatically scan folders for changes so every time you want to play an updated version of the file you're stepping in sm you have to reload songs
