Strange name for a pack, right? I couldn't think of anything better to describe it, so oops.
Welcome to the first ever Tradestep Pack! There are two ideas behind this pack.
1 - Have people step a song that you want stepped.
2 - To get more people to step files in general.
I had originally planned to leave this pack for Secret Santa Pack 3, but as I kept thinking about the idea, I wanted to start it more and more. This is how the pack goes.
People sign up and send me songs. Same as Secret Santa. HOWEVER. All of the songs will go into a "songpool," in which people are able to choose whatever song(s) they want to step. Send files back to me, I judge them (I'm not going Light Chancellor on this pack, but dump files or jokes files are not going to be accepted), scrounge up graphics, and then I'll release the pack.
There is not a deadline for files. Please, sign up only if you are willing to step at least one song. That was a huge downfall for the Secret Santa Packs. People send songs and then say "peace out." Not saying that everyone who signed up for them did this... But still.
Aite, time for Rules!
1 - Sign up only if you are willing to step at least one song.
2 - Song length should be between 1:25 or 3:00. If a song is sent that is longer, it will be noted as such when I post the song list.
3 - Only send 1 to 3 songs, so we don't have a terribly huge songpool.
4 - There is no limit to how many songs you can step, however please don't take a massive amount of songs and then never step them. If anything, pick one song -> step -> send -> pick another song -> rinse -> repeat.
5 - Do not send songs that could be considered either a joke or non-stepable.
6 - Graphics are not required, but please send at least a cdtitle. Since there is no real deadline for the pack, getting graphics shouldn't be too hard.
While there isn't an official deadline on the pack, there is a deadline on signups. Signups last until Feb. 1st, 2012.
If two or more people pick the same song, don't complain about it. Settle it between yourselves, or collab. Collabs are cool!
