I've got a great Skrillex song that would fit this bill -- let's see if I can keep motivated to stepping this because I have a few tricks up my sleeve when it comes to x-mod (as does Kommisar and our good friend Dark_Chrysalis)...

Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites shouldn't be his x-mod file... it's too smooth.

I have a lot that I doubt people will step. Most are going to lean towards mainstream/well known arists. Skrillex...Doctor P... Flux Pavilion etc.

I might plan on mixing things up a bit if I actually have time :s



P.S. I was thinking of eventually making a Dumpstep pack. All Dubstep (and variations of it) but dumps, if you couldn't tell from the name xD

Most non-mainstream dubstep isn't steppable at all lmao.

That's mostly because anything that even remotely counts as "brostep" will become popular and mainstream within a week. Easily.

And the rest of it is just minimal wub that would make horrifically boring files.

Alright, this isn't true at all. I understand that what I said can give someone that impression, but what I meant by "Mainstream" was the Top 10 or so most known dubstep arists. Yes, they worked hard and make great songs. However, I've been listening to Dubstep since before Datsik released his first tunes.

I have a MASSIVE collection of Dubstep songs from well-known arists as well as up-and-comers. I don't mean I'll be stepping "Brostep". I know PLENTY of artists that are fairly well known, but aren't Mainstream. This one arist I know is one of the most talented arists I've ever come across. His upcoming album has songs that are incredibly unique, not repetitive, and steppable. I tend to step away from the boring dubstep songs.

Not all unknown artists produce "wubwub" all the time. MAYBE 1% of the songs I have are like that.

Also, I have at least 20-30 dubstep arists on facebook, so I'm usually one of the first to get new songs when the arists post them on facebook.

To be honest, most of my songs are ripped from youtube. I'll see if I can fine a 320 for you though.
