Someone teach me what sounds I have to keep out of my layering!
And could anyone teach me Fun Factor, I'm way too strict on just PR...

I'm so close to making "good" files, someone teach me!

Some short guide:

1. Use the instrument sounds to create a feel to the chart
2. Layer in other audible sounds for complexity
3. Adjust the chart to attain the desired feel of the chart
4. Avoid Jacks
5. Step non-instrumental vocals and you will die

I'm way too strict on just PR...

Pitch Relevancy is impossible to get perfect on Singles because you're limited to only 4 keys (Atleast with Solo you have 6 keys).

If you focus too much on PR, you'll ruin the flow of your file and start creating one hand biased and awkward-to-hit patterns. All you really need to know for PR is distinguishing low pitch with [1] and high pitch with [4] and everything else in the middle. As long as it's relatively close it's fine. No one is really anal about PR as long as it looks accurate because once again you're very limited to just 4 keys.
