Onoken - Fragment (help)

It's a sweet song, but would anyone who's good at syncing/time changes be able to whip me up a bare bones file of the song? I can put in actual steps myself. I've seen a couple of other files for it, but they aren't made that well. It's pretty obvious how the song goes once the beat kicks in, but the first half I can't find a consistent BPM that works.
