Onsync = gap and bpm are correct...a 4th note goes with the beat of the song
Onbeat = the arrows make sense with the song...a bunch of 16th note snares are met with 16th note arrows...very few songs are very onbeat...aperson's stepfiles are some of the most onbeat you'll find.

If a song is onsync the gap and BPM are correct. A 4th arrow goes with the beat of the song.

If a song is onbeat the arrows make sense with the song. A bunch of 16th note snares would be met with 16th note arrows in an onbeat song. Very few songs are very onbeat. Aperson's stepfiles are some of the most onbeat you'll find.

Then you obviously know nothing of stepfile making.

It can't possibly be onbeat with an incorrect bpm. Your bpm is incorrect.

For the record, this isn't called "Chopin". The proper name is "Black Note Study in G Flat". linus DWIed it once under "Black Note Etude". Had some very hard challenge steps.
I watched clouds awobbly from the floor o' that kayak. Souls cross ages like clouds cross skies, an' tho' a cloud's shape nor hue nor size don't stay the same, it's still a cloud an' so is a soul. Who can say where the cloud's blowed from or who the soul'll be 'morrow? Only Sonmi the east an' the west an' the compass an' the atlas, yay, only the atlas o' clouds.
