its just bpm changes and some probably color arrow syncing here and there. I can't imagine this making a good file because it would need holds making the file dumb but wihtout holds it would be awkward as fuc

If not, I wouldn't mind a file for this. Nice, fast-paced song with some good beats. Not sure, there could already be a file for it, but I haven't seen one:

No one asked for your two cents, mister. Maybe you're right though, not that I've ever been a good judge of what makes good simfiles. More than anything, I just like the song a lot.
