I'm starting to sense a lot more pressure now. That can be good or bad, depending on how we use our energy.

So guys, remember:
-strict, but not Army strict
-annoying errors automatically rule out acceptance
-it doesn't need to be perfect

That said, thanks for the hard work everyone's putting in! Let's hope for an awesome pack!

personally, I think engine room is a fun and easy sim so yeah.

do what kommi says for the most part. pretty much all of the good files will get in, but holy **** moches lets in a lot of dumps lol.

more like youre taking this too seriously. lighten up a bit and let each judge do as he pleases. a general consensus is obv the best way to do it, especially when each judge has their own preferences in a file. dont be like "u cant b dat strict l O l". i know you want the pack to be "good", but im sure it can be a lot more.

forgot to mention before i get off- moches, i think we can afford to get perfect if not nearly perfect files only now. note the number of submissions we're getting and everything- if you truly want this to become a pack people will play and care about, start getting stricter and everything. we can continue this for a longer period of time, and if it means having a much better pack, do so. we've amassed over 100 submissions in such a short period of time- we can definitely keep only the good files that have been accepted right now and stuff. pull everything else or have them improved and everything.

the ffr community is often frowned upon, even by people like me lol. there are way too many idiots in this place and the game is ruined now; i'm only here for the brag board (mainly sm scores thread lol) and this pack now lol. this pack should seriously exceed people's expectations if it should get anywhere.

You realize that malice's army strictness means that it will take a ****loads longer for this pack to finish. You know this and yet you still apply malice for judges position?

I applaud you man. You made the right choice for this pack, and for this community.

i tested some accepted dumps and have to say, why are these dumps in here? i mean come on, it IS ffr but still. no need to stoop this low:

torrents deep striker is awful. TDS should never be xmodded and your whole layout of the file is pretty bad as well.

legs icarus: repetitive as **** on hvy. a little better on oni but still a lot of inconsistencies. also the speedup is ****ed up as **** and its really offbeat near the end.

black rain: pitch is all wrong is a ton of places and the freezes are terribly annoying. you should stop stepping SSH.

1989: pitch relevant gfx gaize :V!!!! boring as ****, felt as if i was playing the original file made 12386219 years ago.

legs deep striker: this is actually a ****ton better than i expected since it kinda seems like you stole some of my chart lmao. with that aside it still has errors but i think its worthy enough to be in THIS pack at least.

also leg, if youre gunna insult my army strict judging, do it where i dont post lmfao

Sure the more strict judgement might sacrifice some time, but it might be worth it in the end.

After thinking about it for a while, I realized that people really do care about this pack, and it's time to really crack down. So after playing through some of the files, I'm pulling a couple.

edit: looked at it.....pulling Kanto Gym Battle and both deep strikers, unless Malice sends his. also thinking of pulling Tsurupettan.

lastly, i have waited so long for a fix on The Sound of Truth, I'm going to pull the .sm apart and fix it myself if Torrent doesn't hurry up.

edit: nevermind since Malice thought it was okay, keeping Legacy's.

don't need to be insanely strict just common sense when it comes to fun files. i do agree however that some files that have been accepted don't really need to be there

For regarding my accepted files, I don't see anything that is currently wrong with them in regards of fun except the beginning part at the last battle where the jumps start, and the beginning, but I'll fix those tonight.
