If you want to start stepping it... Or first make your own "simfile forum", I suggest this.
And the stepping, BPM-changes/Stops, etc. can be done at StepMania.
Reminder that FFR Resonace won't work at "time changes". (AKA BPM-change/Stops. XP)

I don't understand your question.
You stepped Legend of MAX and uploaded it. And now you want to know how to step songs even though you just said you stepped something.
