How do you make a simfile thingie? I REALLY want to make one!

Right now, your best bet is to download stepmania and then you can upload the finished file to the simfile database here on FFR.

download stepmania
find a song you want to step
go to my computer>programf files>stepmania>program>click on smpackage
click on create a song
click the song you want to step
open stepmania
go down to edit/sync song
find your way to the song you want to step
picka difficulty
and start stepping
also dont forget to download a bpm analyzer like mix Meister BPM analyzer. Its what i use =D
