Help with a simfile that's defective.

I downloaded "Bloody Tears" step filed by Zaghurim. There's no DWI file in the .zip file, but when I do put in the "Songs" folder in stepmania, it can play the simfile. When I play the file, the arrows are there, but it's not going at a fast BPM, the background failed to load, the banner failed to load, and the .mp3 file doesn't play.

Any ideas why it doesn't work?

By the way, I have played this file in the past. I just don't know why it's not working with stepmania. Any help is appreciated.

2. After deleting the whole old directory and extracting it again, run stepmania, go to options and pick the very bottom one (Reload Songs/Courses). This forces it to regenerate the cache, so if it was reading an old simfile it'll now work correctly.
