Latest simfile, and a difficulty question

This is the latest simfile that I've been working on. The Oni steps for this one are what I'm interested in hearing feedback on - is it too hard, and can it be padded? It's the first stepchart I've made that I've ever rated 10, and the first time I passed it (on keyboard, two-finger index), I got a big fat B.

Played Oni on keyboard, AAAd (spread.) The steps seem paddable for the most part, but I don't think that it should have a 10 footer file at all. The only thing making it hard was the random 16th notes at the end that didn't go to anything. I'm generally against random gallops and yellow notes, but that's just personal preference, so keep 'em there if you want to have a file of that difficulty. Of course, they do make the difficulty seem unbalanced throughout the file, but tons of pad files are like that, so I guess it's ok.
