Hi. How can I step a song?
I have some songs here and i want to step them.
If the moderators don't accept my song, I will stay with it.

There's one program to step songs? How can I get it?

My computer doesn't open stepmania I don't now why.

I already tried and nothing.

Say to me if it is true:

If I step a song with stepmania, if FFR allow my music, works anyway?

well, first of all, this is the wrong place for this.
Second, you can step a song using Stepmania, or DDReamStudio.
Third, I wouldn't even try to get a song on FFR until you've gotten a helluvalot of practice in.
