    Help!

I'm trying to make my very first simfile, and I can't get the steps to sync with the music. I read all the stickies, I've used WinBPM to find the BPM, I've used Goldwave to find the offset, I've even tweaked both from there to try to get closer, but I just can't get it.

You can download the file here.

It's not finished, just the beginning is stepped. I would appreciate it very much if someone could take a look and see what I'm doing wrong. Thank you very much!

P.S. These steps aren't final, they're just my first general idea. My main concern is the sync. Same goes for the banner and background, they're just placeholders.

Thank you to anyone who can provide help! I'd love to make a simfile!

    Re: Help!

use MixMeister or other audio-editing software for the BPM, use CoolEdit Pro for the Gap. Step the song on .3x rate, and bam. synced.

Ok for one, all of your notes aren't going to be on eighth notes, you know you can have a space in between your notes too sometime...

Also, the BPM I got was 89.01, not 165 or whatever you had it on. So try to work with that.

Note that doubling the BPM is also valid, its the same thing.
