I figured I may as well do this since I'm a fairly well established simfile artist and all that jizz, and the way other topics of this kind roll out worries me.

Are you able to step some patterns on StepMania's Credits music? You'll find it in "Themes\default\Sounds" as:
ScreenCredits music (loop).ogg

Pad steps on all Difficulties, Keyboard steps on Edit (for you to challenge the people). :O
