i want to be able to take my favorite song and and make a game on it? how do i do that and what programs do i use

Ctrl+R should play the file with a black bg, and you can add the arrows while it's playing with the 1-4 keys. But seriously, don't use Ctrl+R unless you're just trying to find the beat.Have a pad simfile that you're proud of? Send it to:

Just play the song on your normal setup and it should work.
