This is, basically, for people new to the simfile-making scene. It's a way to advertise new sims and new people.
Let's say that there's this guy who makes awesome files, and uploads it onto the FFR Simfile Database. Due to the amount of crappy files uploaded every single day, there's an exetremely high chance that the file will be overshadowed.
This pack, if created, will be to take maybe 20-30 sims (maybe less) that are really good for first time steppers, each by different newbs. That way, if they come out with another file, people can think automatically, "Oh hey, I remember that guy. He had a file in the Aspiring Newb Pack, and it was good. BRB Downloading."
That said, let it begin!
As of now and yesterday, Kevin_18 is a judge for sure; Tsuka and dballin4 are probable judges.
Rules

1) There's no theme, so we're accepting any type of file (That's GOOD, of course).
2) Solo steps are not required, but since there's been a big boom of solo, they are reccommended.
3) Beginner through Standard aren't required either, nor is Oni, but Heavy is a requirement. Also, try to make the heavy steps more towards keyboard, unless they're so good, they make you jizz.
That's pretty much it, unless you have some suggestions as far as rules go.

Submissions are to be sent to my e-mail (or the other judges e-mail). If you PM me the link, I most likely won't download, and I'll send you a PM saying to send it to our e-mails.
