      If you read the rules then you'll see a certain little rule that is bolded and says this: "YOU MAY ONLY UPLOAD FILES THAT YOU YOURSELF CREATED. Do not upload files others created, and do not upload any official DDR/ITG steps."

      So basically, no sir.

          Can you type properly, with spelling and punctuation?

          But on the actual response note... if it is to the simulator files I'm pretty sure you can or there would be a lot of **** going on with all the dragonforce files in there...

          I think if you are putting to the actual FFR games no, but to the sim files.. you can't tell me people always compose the files they step because I don't see Herman Li uploading all of the dragonforce songs...
