download a dj sharpnel / aphex twin / the flashbulb / any video game mp3/wav/ogg file

listen to it

put lots of 4th notes in so you have a beat

then put in a couple 8ths so people will go 'hey i'm doing something between doing nothing'

then put a 32nd jumpstream at the very end, with bpm changes from 1-2000, record your own voice screaming as loud as you can to make the 32nd stream more hardcore

fix you're gap

done!
