Add HST, Tear and Hayden to the list as well 8). Idk if Hayden and Tear still makes files but it's not like it matters, packs always gets people interested. Plus you're not planning on getting this done in like a couple of months right? I think you should expect at least 4 months. KBCIII took like half a year and VGMP 8 months or something. People are lazy and if you want to make a really good pack it will take time
