Auto Counter?

Yeah, I was wondering if theres an auto counter program out there that measures BPM. This song is hard for me to count out myself and step to, and so I'm in need for some help.

Is there such a program? If so, where can I find it?

it has issues with super low/high bpms and if there's a bpm change somewhere it'll give you a bpm from outer space but it's still nice for steady songs.

I don't think it should have trouble with "Everytime We Touch" by Cascada.
