I need help i already have the Song i made the Banner and i found a good Background for it. I need to know what to do next and if this works ill give 100 credits to the person that helps me.

just read any of the many faqs and tutorials you can easily find on the net about how to create a stepfile. there are some on this site just click on the FAQ link.
the easiest way is to just go on stepmania and use the step editor there, very easy to figure out. -
