I use buzz too.. Fiddled with the others, just didn't like them too much...

My friend uses http://www.modplug.com but god it's hard to use. It took me 3 days to make any sound beyond the samples.

I agree with SpookG. Buzz is not only the easiest prog to use (Fruityloops doesn't even have an online manual wtf is with that?), it also produces the coolest sounds IMO.
