I need some help

You must understand, I don't know much about computers (enough to run Stepmania and work with files) to be able to use Goldwave effectively. I'm working on a sim, and I'm having trouble coordinating the gap. I read the sticky, but I don't understand it that well. Help?

I COULD help you, but I find my gaps a much different way than ap does.

I just start working on the song, then a good way through turn on auto sync in song options, then play the song without autoplay on.
