    Help for a FirstSimfile

I'm trying to make my first simfile, and I've edited the file to how i want it, but I just can't figure out what the exact BPM is. I've tried using WinBPM, but I think I'm pretty off. There is a slow part and a fast part in the song, so it needs 2 different BPM's for the parts. If anyone would mind quickly helping me figure out the BPM? Unless there's a really easy automatic way that I don't know of or something? Thanks,

Well you could use Dancing Monkeys to find the bpm but I have would have to hear the song to get what you mean by slow and fast parts.

well just that it has a speedup and a slowdown, and I'm just bad at drumming a constant beat, so it is hard for me to pick up the BPM on my own, so I was asking how other simfile makers did it, and if it is a relatively simple thing, if I could send the file to someone to tell me what the BPMs are.

What you COULD do is get Audacity and separate the two sections, then put that into MixMeister BPM Analyzer. Most songs I do don't have BPM changes, so there's no need for this, but it SHOULD work if you separate it properly.

PS - If you want it, obviously google it.

Squeek, thanks a lot, that BPM Analyzer is great. I think I'm gonna do a different song anyways, but that's a real good program.
