BPM question on the Stepmania editor

I was wondering...what would be the best note to use in a 60 BPM song? (I need to know for something I'm working on).

I am Sir Foobert, the kamikaze watermelon knight.

Stepfiles currently working on...
-Endless History Complete
-Motsaenngin 3.0 (the last version, honest)
-Something cool that I can actually sync
