    drum machine

This is a pretty weird song to DWI, and I still wonder to myself why I even bothered to originally complete it. The song is very odd in itself as a song because it was originally pulled from this flash. The song is a kind of tribal spiritual song, it's definitely not your average stepfile.

The challenge (keyboard) goes to every single sound in the song. Well, you may wonder if I actually took the time to place notes to every sound in the song and yes I did, which I am also planning to make a BMS out of. Without the flash, though, I would have been clueless. The challenge is weird because it's hard, yet in the same sense easy. The style of challenge steps I don't usually do, but it feels more like a song that would be accustomed to using three fingers than two. Either way, I can AAA it with my style (my two index fingers) so it doesn't matter.

The heavy was hard to make because there's just so much going on at once in the song. The heavy gets progressively harder, which is also kind of the way the song is. Overall I give it a 9, because it's also got weird rhythms, and the song isn't that fast so if you're a 1x guy it'll also be kinda hard to read on 1x, although I just expect everyone to speed mod it anyway.

The standard is especially weird even moreso than the heavy because with this song it's hard to make an inbetween. With standard steps it's usually easy to make them, but with a song like this, not so much.

The light is a 3. I put a lot of basic patterns in it, and didn't make it that hard.

This, overall, is best explained as a novelty simfile. But I enjoy it, and I think it's good, so it's definitely worth the download.

Novelty simfile describes it perfectly, although I still enjoy it thoroughly.

Would be cooler if the flash played in the background, but that may be asking a bit much
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.

Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O
