    Dr. Mario

    Here

This is my second attempt at a simfile. It's a song from Dr. Mario. There's only one set of steps. A seven footer I think. It's mostly eighth runs with some sixteenths and one weird little part with 32ths. I sure hope this one is sync'd better than that Pokemon one. Let me know what you all think.

EDIT: I fixed the link... it was missing an "s"...

    404'd!!!

u wanna know what i think!? i'll tell ya! i think u should upload it here instead of onto your dumb AOL page!! ARGH! [/fake meanness]
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.

Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O

I tried to upload on here but after about an hour of loading I just quit and uploaded it to my AOL FTP (which took about 25 min). I'll try again in a moment.

EDIT: I'm so stupid... I misspelled the url... here's the REAL url.

yeah, but i'm not quite sure what those 32nds are doing there. it works out though, and it's fun to play, especially with my noteskin i'm working on. and in case u're wondering about this mysterious noteskin, here's a sample:

the lil guys at the top dance around just like in Dr. Mario, but kinda fast (which i've tried to slow down, but it wont work)

Those 32nds are weird, I'll admit. That part is really weird though, and I didn't want there to be no arrows on that part, so I was forced to put something there.

Well the speed of the dancing would be based on the BPM of the song, wouldn't it? When can I get it?

Good work. This actually isn't bad for your second simfile.

You owned K-9's steps to this song so bad it's not even funny.

Where can I get K-9's steps? Is their steps on the NES version's? Mine was from Super Smash Bros. Melee I guess (I downloaded it off WinMX).

Yeah, it's from NES. You can get it from FFR simfiles if you really want to, but I don't know why you would want to play it.

the speed of the dancing is also controlled by a lill text file in the folder. unfortunately the delays have to add up to 1 as far as i can tell, so if i make them twice as long it only shows half the animation. thus, they go twice as fast as they should, so they look really really silly on fast songs.

and when can u get it? well, very soon. i'm almost done, just need to go through and check everything.
