moches in da house yo
So hello there. After pussyfooting around and watching yet another originals thread die due to my laziness, I've decided it's time to archive all of my files for Stepmania posterity. Here's downloads for files by era...you may expect individual downloads soon. Hope all of you guys have an enjoy.
And of course, mirrors would be greatly appreciated.

There are a lot of files in here that I still enjoy, and all in all this era is definitely the time when I threw myself into stepping the most.

(I stepped more files in 2009 than in the past three years combined.) Still, I definitely still love the game and hope to release some stuff soon...just very, very slowly.
NOTE: I also realized that I accidentally threw in an unreleased file from Morarri and Cheeks Megapack (speaking of which, play it, guys!), so apologies to Ferrari.

notes: pretty capably layered if old-school. if you can look past some errors it's fun (5/10)
Desperation (pandemic day remix)

notes: yeah, this ain't half-bad either. even has three charts! (5/10

notes: hahaaa, this is pretty repetitive. well-made though (5/10)

notes: one fateful Christmas, a 12-year-old boy wanted to make a joke file. this is the result. (hohoho/10)
File count: 12+ (same as above)

Prelude in Bb minor
notes: pointless file. it's not even synced correctly lol (1/10)
Procrastination on a Paper v2
notes: you can kinda see when this was made because it's so overly ~technical~ at the expense of fun and flow. in all honesty I actually think v1's a tad better (just in terms of enjoyment lol), but...this isn't bad I guess. (5/10)
ReRicked
notes: lol song. file isn't bad. definitely going to give this the v2 treatment sometime because it'd make a hella good MA/joke file. (6/10)
Countdown 2006
notes: YOUROBEAT. fun in a bland way. (5/10)
Dawn
notes: song's still beautiful. file is bland 16th stuff C+P. still the best version of Dawn out there though lol (4/10)

Uncle Summertime
notes: one of my favorite files at the time was JenovaSephiroth's Atmos Break, and this was consciously modeled on that file. layering approach means a few awkward clusters, but still a nice chill file to dip your toes into (6/10)
YOU
notes: underlayered in some parts but pretty fun (6/10)
Trippicrunched Christmas (collab with Kommisar)

White Tornado
notes: ugh I could have done so much more with this. (6/10)

notes: some parts are pretty good, other parts are pretty sloppy. song is absolutely beautiful, though, and makes this file worth playing just to hear it. (7/10)
Mugen
notes: about as good as iamme's file. if nothing else, this is a bit more lively. (7/10)

Mystic 11 (collab with Cherubi and Kommisar)
notes: boss song, boss file. (9/10)
Programmed World
notes: interesting story behind this file: I was down in the stepping dumps and thisclose to quitting when I just pounded this simple xmod file out of frustration and despair. sent it to Kommisar...turns out he thought it was one of the best files he had ever played. things went on an upward spiral after that, to say the least. this file has sentimental value to me for that if nothing else.

Papyrus
notes: one of my most technical files. love how this turned out. (9/10)
Vanity
notes: sooo this file actually became much better once I tweaked it. still some rough patches, but some neato ideas in here as well, particularly with the mines. (8/10)
Conglomerate Alliance TENPA (collab with Puppet)
notes: I think the version that Puppet tweaked is on Light? that's by far the better version. play that. (7.5/10)
Midnight
notes: some would say this is boring. don't care because I think this file is beautiful (9/10)

2010
Reincarnation (Another)
notes: not a bad file, has a few tricks up its sleeve. (6/10)
Airship Stage
notes: short Capcom vs. Marvel file. has colour notes and some really fun freezy sections, but some of the pattern usage is a touch clunky (7/10)
THE DETONATOR (collab with alexdest)
notes: simple and xmod. alex did most of the work, but I tweaked a few patterns and added the xmod tricks. fun file (7/10)
Roulette
notes: don't even remember why I stepped this. I think I played Necro's Poodle and thought I could try my hand at his style. it's actually pretty fun, though. just generic. (6/10)
Shiroi Tsubasa (collab with GD)
notes: my chart's the easier one. cute short MA file. (7/10)
Black Horizon
notes: I wish I had done a little more with this. it's fine as is, though. (7/10)
Higher
notes: parts of this still irk me a little, but this is still one of my most innovative files. definitely deserves a play. (9/10)
One With The Stars
notes: stepped this on a whim. I find it pretty fun. (7/10)
Spiral
notes: very fun file. reminds me of how Malice would step this, actually. (8/10)
Scar In The Earth
notes: majestic file. (9/10)
Tightwad
notes: this should be played xmod. badass file. (8/10)
White Land
notes: I like MA files. (6/10)
Paramnesia
notes: Kn33's version left me a bit underwhelmed, so I tried my hand at my own. it's a very busy file but quite fun if you can keep up. (8/10)
Teien
notes: easy MA vocaloid file. solo owns (7/10)
Micro Media Broth
notes: very hard file. can be awkward, but it's hella fun. (8/10)
Sinsekai
notes: bootyful file (8/10)
Night Jam
notes: a touch overstepped, but pretty neat file. I wish I had done something else with the ending. (7/10)
Croqel Part II
notes: sweet file. tons of variety. (8/10)
Chaotic White
notes: simple file but incredibly fun. (8/10)
Psych Pulse
notes: maybe a little bit overlayered but should be a good file for intermediate players (7/10)
Futurism
notes: kinda coul I guess. (7/10)
Multi-Man Melee 2
notes: I kinda overdid this lol. about as good as it could be for this song, I suppose. (6/10)
Dark Cave
notes: jazzy song, neat file. (8/10)
File count: 23
2011
Car Sax
note: pretty neat file. (9/10)
Never Fade Away
notes: HIGH OCTANE RUSH FILE. super fun file. (10/10)
Sirius (collab with IcyWorld)
notes: siriusly fun file though my part's a bit sloppy. (7/10)
Alien Temple
notes: generic song, but I really liked it for some reason. I did what I could with it, I guess. makes for good jack practice if you're into that sort of thing. (6/10)
Croqel Part III
notes: this file is perfect, basically. (9/10)
Try and Follow Me
notes: deceptively simple file. I wanted to try my hand at stepping a 2NE1 song, and I'm very happy with how this turned out. layering is simple but gets harder as things go, and the rhythm will trip you up more than once. note: this must be played on XMOD (9/10)
Croqel
notes: MARATHON FILE. this is the best thing I have ever made (11/10)
File count: 7
2012
WANT U BACK I WANT U BACK WANT WANT U WANT U BACK
notes: I love Cher Lloyd. file's quirky and fun if a touch overlong. watch out for the ending (7/10)
Crystal Sample
notes: fun little chiptoon file. feels a bit more sparse than my other files. it actually reminds me of Uncle Summertime for some reason. (7/10)
Extermination
notes: gr9 file. tons of jack/mine theory at play here to make a simple VGM song into a tricky MA file. (9/10)
Apple Butter
notes: dope file. full of all kinds of crazy stuff and somehow it all makes sense. one of my all-time favorites, actually. (10/10)
Thanks For Nothing
notes: if you don't listen to Go Radio, rethink your life. they're an awesome band. file's nothin' special, but it does have some rhythms I really like and should be quite tricky for intermediate players. (7/10)
Burning Body
notes: superintense scoring file. song is jacked from mute's pad pack. this file is full of brutally placed mines, rapidfire minijacks, and even some guitar solo. even an AA should be tricky for intermediate players, and I defy anybody who can SDP this. (8/10)
File count: 6

notes: simple and xmod. alex did most of the work, but I tweaked a few patterns and added the xmod tricks. fun file (7/10)
Roulette
notes: don't even remember why I stepped this.

I Knew You Were Trouble (collab with blind)
notes: Heavy is his, Oni is mine. I love the song so I'm glad he let me collab with him on this. beware mines > : ) (9/10)
Gamma (collab with Mollocephalus/Necros)
notes: I love onoken. fast-paced, very tricky. watch out for the dodgeball near the end (8/10)
Point Of No Return (collab with Scylaax)
notes: usually our styles contrast a whole bunch, but they fit together surprisingly well here imo. this got positive feedback all around
(7/10)
Lovely Bloodflow (collab with Torrent)
notes: he did 99% of this, actually; I just touched up a few things for its release in FFRCP4. very cool song and steps, imo, but he did all the work. (8/10, ilu :3)
Guitar Hero (collab with Valor)
notes: I always wanted to make a file for a Dougal & Gammer song, but...this is actually almost all Valor's work. I did make the two easier charts, though! straightforward file but very energetic (7/10)
Apple Butter v2
notes: Heavy chart is the same as it was in v1, but this version features THREE new charts! Medium's a bit toned-down from Heavy and Beginner/Easy are exactly what they say on the tin. (10/10)
Boulafacet
notes: already released as a single in 2012, but rereleased in FFRCP4. fucen awesome scoring file if you can handle the mines (9/10)
I Don't Care (Reggae Mix)
notes: stepped this for hi19's Non-Stepmania Music Pack at first, but eventually moved it over to SMOC Collab Pack 2. groovy, laid-back file with some tricky twists (7/10)
Juicy
notes: short file I pumped out, very cute and easy. (8/10)
Lataia
notes: neither Mwerp's nor dondon's really satisfied me so I took a stab at it myself. maybe a little intense, but it feels smooth to me and I enjoy it (8/10)
Little Drummer Punk Droid v2
notes: pooped this out in like an hour for Christmas. now features two easier charts, too. (6/10)
Thanks For Nothing v2
notes: added a new Medium chart and got new graphics! I like this song and therefore I like this file (7/10)
file count: 12
