Stepmania Receptor/Note Problem

Basically:
- The up arrow receptor is missing
- Holds don't display properly (the first pic is actually a quadhold)

Restarting my laptop seems to work but this happens frequently.

this should be the folder that goes in "common" in the NoteSkins directory
replace and see if that fixes it

That wasn't the problem. It's happening for all noteskins.

I'll try reinstalling stepmania and see if that works
