Halp?

I run 3.95 with conductor's theme and lately I've been getting this when I attempt to run SM:

There was an error while initializing your video card.

   PLEASE DO NOT FILE THIS ERROR AS A BUG!

Video Driver: Intel(R) G45/G43 Express Chipset

Initializing Direct3D...
Your system is reporting that Direct3D hardware acceleration is not available.  Please obtain an updated driver from your video card manufacturer.

Initializing OpenGL...
SetVideoMode failed: wglCreateContext (S_OK)

I have not made any hardware changes recently. OpenGL seems to be failing entirely, as I have other applications on my comp that require it and they're also failing. This may be due to having a dell laptop that's a couple years old but I'm a college student, I can't afford a new one. Restarting seems to fix it, but only temporarily.

Anyone have this problem before or know what's causing it?

As the error said, have you tried updating your drivers? You mentioned that you haven't made any changes recently.

No -hardware- changes. I've reinstalled the OpenGL driver from its site several times and after a while it reverts.
