well..some people i know think dwi is better for original songs and stepmania's better for official, i play dwi too much and i have ALL the tiighht skins for stepmania and all that hoo hah, so i play stemania more. But since i played DWI first and i make songs created oni courses and do everything on there because i dont know how to do it on stepmania then i cant really decide which one i like better. I voted stepmania though..

I'll go with DWI cause the SM I downloaded AND installed didn't have the skins folder, random animations, etc. SM RIPPED ME OFF

With the new addition of stepmania I can wholeheartedly say that stepmania is now the king of everything simulator.

In windowed 640x480, lowest settings possible:

SM: 65 fps
DWI: 95 fps

For me anyways. I just use both.

Are you saying your post isn't true now?

And fps is a true measure of how something runs. 95 > 65, even if it's not possible to tell the difference.
