    Anime Blends: Terror Mix

Requirements for Anime Blends: Terror Mix Pack
    Keyboard Requirements
-Length of song from first arrow to end of file must be no shorter than one minute. At this moment we'll allow up to five long/marathon songs in the pack. We are trying to keep a good proportion, so we don't want more than 20% of the pack being lengthy files. Based on the number of submissions, it may be bigger or smaller.
-Must have at least one difficulty of 10 or more. You are allowed to step easier difficulties, but the keyboard section must contain a spread style difficulty. Any file with the hardest difficulty below 10 (based on traditional rating) will be too easy for this section.
-Graphics are highly encouraged with a file. We don't plan to completely require them, but any file submitted without a graphic may not be finalized if we're not able to provide graphics. Case in point, it's your risk to submit a file without a banner and/or background. Note: We are still deciding among dimensions for graphics. There are plenty of options, but we haven't settled on how strict we need it. I will update that soon.
-CD Titles are fine, but keep them small. We won't provide an exact requirement for size, but if your CD Title is significantly big and/or blocks the banner, we'll ask you to resize it. All of these decisions will be made by the people organizing the pack.
-The song must have a generally dark element to it. Any songs in the minor key or using dark sounds are perfect for this pack. All songs must be an anime opening or ending, or a remix of either. No fan made songs. If you're confused as to what songs would be fine, let us know. We're willing to allow certain songs if they fit the theme very well, in some cases even if they aren't exactly anime. There will be a huge emphasis on anime though.
-You are allowed as many submissions as you want, but keep them under the same name. Using the same CDTitle for all of your files will be required. The only exception is if you are making both spread and pad based files. Using a different name and/or CDTitle for another style is fine.
-No lifts or hidden steps are allowed.
-BPM gimmicks are allowed, but any song made with these should be specified. Because most players use CMods, we'd like to know which songs are meant to be used with XMods.

    Pad Requirements
Note: I'm appointing ddrXero64 to judge the pad files. He's temporarily going to fill the position by himself until I can find more pad file judges. If you want to judge the pad section, send him a PM. I would also like to say that the pad section isn't going to guaranteed. Xero will be attempting to add to it, but if there aren't enough submissions it will be dropped. Xero will also judge index files, but we don't plan on making an index section at all. If you'd like to submit index files, let us know. We can attempt to put an index section based on the number of people interested.

-Length of song must be longer than a minute and shorter than 2:15. We don't plan on accepting long songs, unless we receive plenty of pad submissions.
-Minimum of 3 difficulties per file. Pad files should be stepped with multiple charts. Unlike keyboard play, pad players vary a lot more in terms of skills. If you need help stepping multiple difficulties, let us know. We can't guarantee anything, but we can try to help. Minimum difficulty for hardest chart should be 6, preferably 7. Both ITG and DDR style charts will be allowed.
-Banner must be 418x164, backgrounds must be 800x600. Same rules for graphical requirement of keyboard files apply here. Not absolutely necessaru, but it's your risk. CDTitle requirements apply here as well.
-Songs may be in mp3 format, but ogg is fine as well. We'll make an ITG ready pack if we get enough submissions, so don't worry.
-No lifts and hidden steps are allowed. Use hands, mines, and rolls sparingly.
-BPM gimmicks are allowed, but any song made with these should be specified. Because most players use CMods, we'd like to know which songs are meant to be used with XMods.
-You are allowed as many submissions as you want, but keep them under the same name. Using the same CDTitle for all of your files will be required. The only exception is if you are making both spread and pad based files. Using a different name and/or CDTitle for another style is fine.

I could make a few exceptions. As long as it's a good simfile.
