Ridiculous offset issues (Windows 7)

Hey there. I got this new computer not too long ago with windows 7 and all, but now when I play sm, the offset is waaaaaaaaay off. And I mean like 50ms off. And I can't figure what the delay is. It's like its changing all the time.

At first I thought it just was the screen (LED, 5ms) but now it doesn't seem like it is the problem.


Any suggestions are gladly appreciated.
