SMO FFR Noteskin Link

I need a fresh link of the FFR noteskin that works with 3.95.

Anyone? Preferably one not in a .smzip format cause for WHATEVER REASON those don't load properly on my SM. Thank you.

As well, can anyone tell me how to disable "toasties" for the love of God please tell me how. I F*CKING HATE THOSE!
