First I couldn't find anything via link off of FFR
so I googled and found it
but then all the links for the simfiles are dead?

Was taken down due to legal issues of hosting songs we don't have permission for.

That's what I figured
I heard something recently about government seizure of websites w/o any warning or something like that idr
and I heard something about them cracking down on any site that has music on it

So sad to see the sim files taken down
but it's for the safety of an awesome site.

How long have they been down now?

I imagine there's a torrent but doubtful it's of the immensity you guys had.

they've been down since the site came back up. and the site came back about a month ago and was down for a span of ~11 months so ~a year

nope, no torrent. that would be kind of lol if it existed. 10k-100k ****ty un quality controlled ffr database simfiles

if you need simfiles try stepmania.com or zenius-i-vanisher.com or r21freak.com or www.bemanistyle.com . or if you need big simfile packs I can hit you up with those too
