How fast can you comprehend?

I put a 174BPM song on autoplay and 2.0 rate (348BPM 16th streams).

When it came to complicated streams, I found that just barely too fast to comprehend, though simple patterns I could register no problem.

How do you fare?

(Edit: To clarify, I mean if I could hit the arrows with my mind, I could handle a stream of that speed, because I can read and understand what I am seeing)

im pretty far up there when it comes to reading. cant really say for sure though. i know i can read disregard perfectly fine

Whoever is good and can read the fastest speed mod will clearly have some crazy reading speed.

I.e. The arrows begin to cluster at some point. So you need a speed mod to break the cluster. Once you break the cluster, you go to a faster song and so forth. Eventually, you'll reach a speed unreadable but whoever can play C1300 etc... will obviously read the best speed.

Technically your asking who can read the fastest I assume? (Not necessarily the most arrows on the screen)

Reading:

The highest c-mod that I've came successful to reading was C1075 (using the hallway perspective) on my laptop. On overhead that would be C900 I believe.

Speed:

Fastest I've gotten for a good day would be 360bpm 16ths.

I can't comprehend anything faster than 300bpm 16ths.

For solo, I can't comprehend anything faster than around 220bpm 16ths.

I can read and comprehend around 300 bpm but can only hit streams around 270 bpm.

my hit/comprehend speed is around the same, roughly 340 16ths.

I can read like any pattern, at any speed, with C680, but my speed limit is 290 bpm 16ths. Back in the days, I used to play with cmods within 775~950. Good old times. ):

I think my reading limit is around 400 bpm 16ths, I use C1000 distant, however I DO have the footer blocking a bit of the arrowpath in-game, unlike many other themes

I have no idea how to answer. I can't thoughtfully comprehend most of the things I can actually hit. Like for Nebula [Rushjet1] and Over the Frail Dream (not sure what exactly the streams are), I can AAA the streams on a good day, but I have no freakin' clue what I'm looking at. Though once jumps or trills are thrown in, I tend to be able to read fine but not able to hit as well. Pure streams just look like a blur to me.

I'm not sure... I think there might be a point of balance somewhere after ~C650 where being able to see more arrows on the screen at the same time can improve pattern comprehension over breaking them up as much as possible. Although it may be nullified by perfect memorization and anticipation. So maybe it only applies to learning a song and not optimizing results.

Uhmm idk the bpm but Vertex BETA is just out of reach for me so a little slower bpm that that lol

By the time I get to C800 or so, I am not even fast enough to register the notes before I miss them. In terms of reading patterns, I can process 16ths up to around 300 BPM, but can only hit 16ths up to around 270 BPM.

i've copme to be fairly decent at running 32/64th streams at a 700 cmod...though a friend of mine from the SM forums, plays almost everything at a 1600 cmod >.>

as for being able to comprehend, i can comprehend all of vertex beta vrofl on the edit difficulty, at a 1600 cmod.

(unfortunately, my fingers cant move that fast though >.>)

220bpm 16th stream is about the best i can read up to. My speed is probably around 175bpm 16th on a good day. That may sounds slow but Pants is basically 190bpm 16th stream and i'm not AAAing that any time soon.
