Theme Help

So I just got the XI Black r2 theme and it's beautiful, I love it, only thing is the combo and judgement are very awkwardly placed to me and I want it like it is in the default theme (the center). Problem: The metrics are oddly placed and I can't find the X and Y for the combo. Does anyone know how to do this?
