ELLO

I've seen some pretty nice noteskins and speedmods when I watch people play SM on youtube and your profile walls etc..

However I'm never satisfied by my speed options (or noteskin for that matter)

Does anyone have a preset SM folder that already has a speedmod equalient to 1.75x on FFR? If so, could you by any chance upload it or send it to me?


Or just gimme a link to something that has what I ask for. I will say thank you.

AFAIK C550 is around 1.75X

Maybe I did. Good question. I wouldn't really know but your word looks cool too.

Besides, the dictionary pretty much owns me :'(

Speedmods are in the metrics of the theme that you're using.

1. Go to your Stepmania program folder
2. Open Themes and open the theme you use
3. Open Metrics.ini with Notepad
4. Hit Ctrl+F and search for " speed, " without the quotes
5. Take one of those and change it to C550
Example:
First it said this - Speed,9=mod,8x;name,x8
Now it says this - Speed,9=mod,C550;name,C550
Save and start/reload SM.
When selecting your speedmod it will either say C550 or it will be blank.

Extra credit: If you want to make sure it says C550 when selecting your speedmod do this.
1. Repeat 1&2 above
2. Instead of opening Metrics open Languages
3. Open English.ini
4. Ctrl + F search for 8x
5. To the end of that text block add C550=C550
Save etc.
