What exactly are the differences between..

Stepmania version 3.9, 3.95, and 4.0 (or any other versions I may have failed to include). Which would you personally recommend? And most importantly, where can I download them?

3.95 has smo
3.9 supports ridics
4.0 has potential but nobody makes themes/noteskins for it so it's pretty much the worst SM. It support SMO also.

Cool. Stepmania's official site only provides 3.9 and 4.0 any idea where I could find 3.95?
