Dance Pad dead ?

Hi all,

Here is my problem
I do not manage to configure my dance pad when I go in "config key" which(who) is in option of the menu of the game(set,play)..
Nevertheless everything looks like to me perfect there is a red light on Dance Pad and on case Wireless.
It is just that the dance pad who do not answer...
Later when I connect the adapter "ps2 to usb" which is connected with the boitier wireless bah the pc in the air(sight) of reconnaitre the ring road(peripheral) but the dance pad do not answer.
Thus here is I do not know where from come the problem, if you could help me thank you.

There's a good chance your pad is dead. If you know anyone else with a pad see if you can borrow it and get it to work. If you can, then you know your pad is dead. If that's the case you just will have to replace it. Dance pads are notorious for dying a lot and you have to replace them every so often unless you get a more expensive one.

Maybe it's still under warranty from the store?

P.S. Soft pads are a giant waste of money. If you buy anything soft I'd suggest: this one
