    Cobalt Flux Sensor Replacement

I recently got a Cobalt Flux from a friend and noticed the sensor in the top of the down arrow was bad. Where can I order sensors from and is it easy to replace? Has anyone ever had an issue where they replaced a sensor and it still didn't work because the electronics in the pad were bad or something? Please help.

Can anyone reassure me that people do this at least? I would hate to think the pad I bought from my friend has an issue I can't fix.

Open up the pad and search in google for help on improving sensor reception.

Otherwise, contact Cobalt Flux or whoever makes them.

So people don't replace sensors on Cobalt Flux's like they do in arcade pads?

i have a cobalt flux myself. it apparently just has to be always polished and clean in the sensor area and you'll be fine.

the real issue are the screws, which will eventually pop out of the wood. if they are set too tight, the sensor does an upward curve and loses efficience. if they are set too loose, they will break easily. i would consider checking the status of these components constantly.
