BG help

Ok so I have my file and my BG image so how do i combine the two?
do I just click and drag or does it have to be added a certain way? Also what format does the image have to be in?

Make sure the image is in the same folder as the .sm and the .mp3. Edit the .sm file in notepad - #BACKGROUND:imagename.jpg;

I think it has to be in .png format, but w/e...

Same with banner, except in the #BANNER area.
