Yeah... enter (usually bound to "start") got bound to something else, and now I don't have a key set to "start." Is there an .ini file that has the key bindings in it or anything like that? Or should I just reinstall stepmania?

Reinstalling would be the easiest way to do things.. cause if you can't select a menu, you're pretty much screwed.. you could always try to play via second player and access the keymenu there and change enter back...
