IF YOU DOWNLOADED NOTEBAR+ BEFORE I MADE THIS POST, RE-DOWNLOAD IT. THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE FREEZE ARROW THAT HAS BEEN FIXED.

This is a noteskin for 3.9, and it works for singles and solo.

Mac plays on 1x no mods... Cuz he's awesome like that. It would probably look a little different with speed mods and such.

This noteskin is great, downloaded the unfixed version and already made tons of better scores... technodrome SDG FC while I hadn't AAd before, trisection v1 AA, bargain 0great 5 cb ddp run etc, ilu macgraveru.

I usually refrain from downloading o2jam/beatmania-esque noteskins because they always confuse me but I guess I'll try this one.
